SEGUNDO.- Obligación de control metrológico. El dispositivo utilizado para la captación de la imagen debe cumplir estrictamente con los controles periódicos de verificación y homologación exigidos por la legislación española vigente.

Por lo expuesto,

SOLICITA A ESTE ORGANISMO:
