En el supuesto de que exista soporte gráfico, este debe demostrar inequívocamente que el vehículo rebasó la línea de detención cuando el semáforo se encontraba plenamente en fase roja y no durante la fase de ámbar, así como la duración correcta de dicho ámbar según las directrices técnicas.
