EXPONE:

PRIMERO. SEGUNDO.- Sobre la indefensión y falta de claridad probatoria.
Las fotografías aportadas en la notificación inicial no acreditan de manera fehaciente y simultánea la situación exacta del semáforo en el momento en que el vehículo superó la línea de detención, existiendo dudas razonables sobre el correcto funcionamiento del dispositivo automatizado en la intersección indicada de San Javier.

En su virtud,

SOLICITA:

1. Que se tenga por presentado en tiempo y forma este escrito de alegaciones junto con los documentos acompañados, y se admita a trámite.

2. Que se acuerde la ANULACIÓN DEL EXPEDIENTE SANCIONADOR de referencia, al no quedar acreditada de forma indubitada la infracción imputada.
