ALEGACIONES

TERCERA.- Asimismo, se solicita la aportación del certificado de homologación y verificación periódica del dispositivo cinemómetro o sistema de captación de imágenes utilizado, para garantizar que cumple con la normativa metrológica aplicable.

Por todo lo expuesto,
