PRIMERA.- FALTA DE PRUEBA DE LA INFRACCIÓN Y DE LOS FOTOGRAMAS EXIGIBLES. Se solicita la aportación del expediente completo, incluyendo los dos fotogramas obligatorios exigidos por la normativa de control metrológico (uno de entrada al tramo y otro de salida), donde se aprecie claramente la matrícula del vehículo y la placa de características del cinemómetro.

SEGUNDA.- CERTIFICADO DE VERIFICACIÓN Y CONTROL METROLÓGICO. Se solicita el certificado en vigor de la verificación periódica o, en su caso, primitiva del sistema de radar de tramo utilizado, así como el informe de ensayo del aparato, a fin de comprobar el margen de error máximo permitido (MPE) aplicable según la Orden ITC/3123/2011.

TERCERA.- RUTA Y TRAMO AFECTADO. La notificación carece de datos técnicos suficientes sobre la sincronización horaria de las cámaras situadas en los puntos inicial y final del tramo vigilado, lo cual genera indefensión jurídica al impedir verificar la correcta medición del tiempo transcurrido.
