ÚNICO.- El principio de presunción de inocencia recogido en el artículo 53.2 de la Ley 39/2015, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y en el artículo 24 de la Constitución Española, el cual destruye cualquier presunción de veracidad atribuida a los agentes de la autoridad cuando la misma no viene acompañada de medios de prueba objetivos.
