Dichos vicios impiden el normal funcionamiento del vehículo y hacen que este sea impropio para el uso al que se le destina, superando con creces el desgaste normal u ocultando dolosamente averías preexistentes, contraviniendo el artículo 1484 y siguientes del Código Civil español (y/o la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios si el vendedor es profesional).

These defects prevent the normal operation of the vehicle and make it unfit for its intended use, far exceeding normal wear and tear or maliciously concealing pre-existing faults, in breach of Articles 1484 et seq. of the Spanish Civil Code (and/or the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users if the seller is a professional).
