ESTIPULAN / CLAUSES

CUARTA (Incumplimiento): Si el Comprador desistiere del contrato, perderá la cantidad entregada en concepto de arras. Si el Vendedor desistiere, estará obligado a devolver al Comprador el doble de la cantidad recibida.
