II. Que estando interesado el COMPRADOR en la adquisición del referido vehículo, ambas partes han convenido celebrar un Contrato de Arras Penitenciales de conformidad estipulado en las siguientes:
That the BUYER being interested in acquiring the aforementioned vehicle, both parties have agreed to enter into a Penitential Earnest Money Contract in accordance with the following:

CLÁUSULAS / CLAUSES:

PRIMERA (Objeto y Precio): El VENDEDOR se compromete a vender y el COMPRADOR a comprar el vehículo anteriormente descrito por el precio total y convenido de [Precio Total en Letras] euros ([Precio en Números] €).
FIRST (Object and Price): The SELLER undertakes to sell and the BUYER to buy the vehicle described above for the total and agreed price of [Total Price in Words] euros ([Price in Numbers] €).

SEGUNDA (Arras): En este acto, el COMPRADOR entrega en concepto de señal o arras la cantidad de [Cantidad de Arras en Letras] euros ([Cantidad en Números] €) mediante [Efectivo / Transferencia Bancaria], cantidad que será descontada del precio final de venta.
SECOND (Deposit): In this act, the BUYER delivers as a deposit the amount of [Deposit in Words] euros ([Deposit in Numbers] €) via [Cash / Bank Transfer], which amount shall be deducted from the final sale price.

TERCERA (Plazo): La firma definitiva del contrato de compraventa y la entrega del vehículo se realizarán como fecha límite el día [Fecha Límite] de [Mes] de [Año] en Nava De La Asuncion, momento en el cual el COMPRADOR abonará el resto pendiente del precio ([Resto a Pagar] €).
THIRD (Deadline): The final signing of the sales contract and the delivery of the vehicle shall take place no later than [Deadline Date] in Nava De La Asuncion, at which time the BUYER shall pay the remaining balance ([Remaining Balance] €).

CUARTA (Incumplimiento): Este contrato se rige por el artículo 1454 del Código Civil. Si el COMPRADOR desiste del contrato, perderá la cantidad entregada. Si el Vendedor es quien incumple o se desiste, deberá devolver el duplo de la cantidad recibida.
FOURTH (Default): This contract is governed by Article 1454 of the Civil Code. If the BUYER withdraws, they will lose the deposit. If the SELLER defaults, they must return double the amount received.
