CLÁUSULAS / CLAUSES
PRIMERA (Objeto y Precio): EL VENDEDOR se compromete a vender el vehículo descrito a EL COMPRADOR por el precio total y convenido de [Importe Total en Letras] euros ([Importe Total en Números] €), impuestos incluidos.
SEGUNDA (Arras): En este acto, EL COMPRADOR entrega en concepto de señal o arras penitenciales la cantidad de [Importe de la señal en Letras] euros ([Importe en Números] €) en efectivo / mediante transferencia bancaria, cantidad que será descontada del precio final de venta en el momento de la firma del contrato definitivo de compraventa.

CUARTA (Incumplimiento):
- Si EL COMPRADOR desiste de la compra o no efectúa el pago restante en el plazo estipulado, perderá la cantidad entregada en concepto de arras.
- Si EL VENDEDOR se desiste de la venta o vende el vehículo a un tercero, estará obligado a devolver a EL COMPRADOR el doble de la cantidad recibida en concepto de arras (Art. 1454 del Código Civil español).
QUINTA (Cargas y Estado): EL VENDEDOR declara que el vehículo se encuentra libre de cargas, gravámenes, multas pendientes e impuestos (IVTM) al corriente de pago, y que se entrega en el estado actual que EL COMPRADOR conoce y acepta.
Y en prueba de conformidad, firman las partes el presente documento por duplicado y a un solo efecto en el lugar y fecha indicados en el encabezamiento.
