I. Que el VENDEDOR es propietario del siguiente vehículo:

II. Que estando interesado el COMPRADOR en la adquisición del citado vehículo, ambas partes han convenido celebrar un Contrato de Arras Penitenciarias, el cual se regirá por las siguientes:

CLÁUSULAS / CLAUSES

PRIMERA (Precio y Señal) / FIRST (Price and Deposit):
El precio total pactado para la compraventa del vehículo es de [Cantidad en euros] euros ([000] €), IVA incluido en su caso. En este acto, el COMPRADOR entrega en concepto de señal o arras la cantidad de [Cantidad de la señal] euros ([000] €) mediante [transferencia bancaria / efectivo], sirviendo este documento como eficaz recibo de dicho importe. Dicha cantidad se descontará del precio final de la compraventa.
The total agreed price for the sale of the vehicle is [Amount in words] euros ([000] €). At this moment, the BUYER delivers as a deposit the amount of [Deposit amount] euros ([000] €) via [bank transfer / cash], this document serving as an effective receipt. This amount will be deducted from the final purchase price.

SEGUNDA (Plazo) / SECOND (Deadline):
La firma del contrato definitivo de compraventa y el pago del resto del precio pendiente, así como la entrega material del vehículo y la documentación para la transferencia, se realizarán antes del día [Fecha límite] de [Mes] de [Año].
The signing of the final bill of sale and the payment of the remaining balance, as well as the physical delivery of the vehicle and transfer documents, shall take place before [Deadline Date] of [Month], [Year].

TERCERA (Incumplimiento) / THIRD (Breach of Contract):
Si el COMPRADOR desistiera de la compra, perderá la cantidad entregada en concepto de arras. Si el desistimiento fuera por parte del VENDEDOR, este estará obligado a devolver al COMPRADOR el duplo de la cantidad recibida, de conformidad con el artículo 1454 del Código Civil español.
If the BUYER withdraws from the purchase, they will lose the deposit. If the withdrawal is by the SELLER, they shall be obliged to return to the BUYER double the amount received, in accordance with Article 1454 of the Spanish Civil Code.

Y en prueba de conformidad, firman las partes el presente documento por duplicado y a un solo efecto en el lugar y fecha arriba indicados.
