EXPONEN / DECLARE

PRIMERO: Que el ARRENDADOR es el propietario del vehículo cuyas características son: Marca [Marca], Modelo [Modelo], Matrícula [Matrícula], y Número de Bastidor [VIN].
FIRST: That the LESSOR is the owner of the vehicle with the following features: Brand [Brand], Model [Model], License Plate [License Plate], and VIN [VIN].

SEGUNDO: Que el ARRENDADOR cede en alquiler el referido vehículo al ARRENDATARIO, quien lo acepta bajo las condiciones estipuladas en las siguientes cláusulas.
SECOND: That the LESSOR leases the aforementioned vehicle to the LESSEE, who accepts it under the conditions stipulated in the following clauses.

CLÁUSULAS / CLAUSES

PRIMERA. - OBJETO Y DURACIÓN / OBJECT AND DURATION: El período de alquiler comenzará el día [Fecha de inicio] a las [Hora] horas y finalizará el día [Fecha de fin] a las [Hora] horas. Cualquier extensión deberá ser acordada por escrito.
FIRST. - The rental period shall begin on [Start Date] at [Time] and shall end on [End Date] at [Time]. Any extension must be agreed upon in writing.

SEGUNDA. - PRECIO Y FORMA DE PAGO / PRICE AND PAYMENT METHOD: El precio total del alquiler asciende a [Cantidad en Euros] €, que el ARRENDATARIO paga en este acto en concepto de [Efectivo / Transferencia bancaria].
SECOND. - The total rental price amounts to [Amount in Euros] €, which the LESSEE pays at this moment by [Cash / Bank transfer].

TERCERA. - USOS PROHIBIDOS / PROHIBITED USES: Queda expresamente prohibido subarrendar el vehículo, ceder su conducción a terceros no autorizados en este contrato, participar en competiciones deportivas, o utilizarlo para el transporte de mercancías ilegales.
THIRD. - It is expressly forbidden to sublease the vehicle, allow unauthorized third parties to drive it, participate in sports competitions, or use it to transport illegal goods.

CUARTA. - MULTAS Y SANCIONES / FINES AND PENALTIES: El ARRENDATARIO será el único responsable de todas las multas, sanciones y tasas de tráfico (incluyendo las de la ORA o ayuntamientos como el de Honrubia) cometidas durante el período de vigencia de este contrato.
FOURTH. - The LESSEE shall be solely responsible for all traffic fines, penalties, and fees incurred during the validity period of this contract.

Y en prueba de conformidad, firman el presente contrato por duplicado en el lugar y fecha indicados al principio.
And as proof of conformity, they sign this contract in duplicate at the place and date indicated at the beginning.
