El Arrendatario se compromete a utilizar el vehículo conforme a las normas del Código de Circulación español. Queda expresamente prohibido subalquilar el vehículo, participar en competiciones deportivas o permitir la conducción a personas no autorizadas en este contrato.
The Renter undertakes to use the vehicle in accordance with the Spanish Traffic Regulations. It is expressly forbidden to sublease the vehicle, participate in sports competitions, or allow unauthorized persons to drive.
CUARTA. MULTAS Y SANCIONES / FOURTH. FINES AND PENALTIES
Todas las multas, sanciones y responsabilidades administrativas o penales derivadas de infracciones de tráfico durante el periodo de vigencia de este contrato serán de entera y exclusiva responsabilidad del Arrendatario.
All fines, penalties, and administrative or criminal liabilities arising from traffic violations during the term of this contract shall be entirely and exclusively the responsibility of the Renter.
