CLÁUSULAS / CLAUSES:

The COMPANY assigns the use of the vehicle exclusively for the performance of work duties and/or authorized personal use of the EMPLOYEE. Sub-assignment to third parties is prohibited.

2. Duración / Duration: La presente cesión tendrá validez desde el [Fecha inicio] hasta la finalización de la relación laboral o hasta que la EMPfRESA notifique su revocación por escrito.

3. Responsabilidad en materia de tráfico / Traffic liability: De conformidad con la Ley de Seguridad Vial, el EMPLEADO, como conductor habitual y receptor del vehículo, será el único responsable del pago de las sanciones de tráfico (multas) que se deriven de las infracciones cometidas durante el uso del vehículo, así como de la pérdida de puntos del carné de conducir.
In accordance with the Road Safety Law, the EMPLOYEE, as the habitual driver and recipient of the vehicle, shall be solely responsible for the payment of traffic fines resulting from infractions committed during the use of the vehicle, as well as the loss of driving license points.
