CLÁUSULAS / CLAUSES:
1. Objeto: La EMPRESA cede el uso exclusivo del vehículo descrito al EMPLEADO, quien lo acepta en el estado actual de uso y conservación.
(1. Purpose: The COMPANY assigns the exclusive use of the described vehicle to the EMPLOYEE, who accepts it in its current state of use and maintenance.)
2. Obligaciones del Empleado: El EMPLEADO se compromete a hacer un uso diligente del vehículo, respetando en todo momento el Código de Circulación vigente en España y las normativas locales aplicables en Vaquerizo y cualquier otra localidad. Queda prohibida la cesión del vehículo a terceros ajenos a la empresa sin autorización expresa.
(2. Employee Obligations: The EMPLOYEE undertakes to make diligent use of the vehicle, complying at all times with the current Spanish Traffic Code and local regulations applicable in Vaquerizo and any other location. 4. Régimen de Sanciones: El EMPLEADO será el único responsable del pago de todas las multas, sanciones y tasas de grúa que se deriven de infracciones de tráfico cometidas durante el periodo de posesión del vehículo, exonerando a la EMPRESA de cualquier responsabilidad administrativa o penal.
(4. Fines Regime: The EMPLOYEE shall be solely responsible for the payment of all fines, penalties, and tow fees derived from traffic infractions committed during the period of possession of the vehicle, exempting the COMPANY from any administrative or criminal liability.)
5. Vigencia: El presente documento entra en vigor en fecha [Fecha de inicio] y estará vigente hasta la finalización de la relación laboral o hasta que la EMPRESA requiera la devolución del vehículo.
