EXPONEN / BACKGROUND:

CLÁUSULAS / CLAUSES:

Primera. Objeto. La EMPRESA cede el uso del vehículo descrito al EMPLEADO exclusivamente para el desarrollo de sus funciones laborales [y/o uso personal autorizado], prohibiendo expresamente su cesión a terceros.

Segunda. Gastos y Mantenimiento. Los gastos de carburante, peajes y multas derivadas de infracciones de tráfico cometidas por el conductor serán a cargo exclusivo del EMPLEADO. Los gastos de seguro obligatorio, revisiones oficiales e ITV correrán a cargo de la EMPRESA.

Second. Expenses and Maintenance. Fuel, tolls, and fines derived from traffic infractions committed by the driver shall be borne exclusively by the EMPLOYEE. Compulsory insurance, official servicing, and technical inspections (ITV) shall be borne by the COMPANY.

Tercera. Duración. La presente cesión tendrá vigencia desde el día [Fecha de Inicio] hasta la finalización de la relación laboral o hasta que la EMPRESA lo requiera por escrito.

Third. Duration. This assignment shall be valid from [Start Date] until the termination of the employment relationship or until the COMPANY requests it in writing.
