CLÁUSULAS / CLAUSES

PRIMERA. Objeto. La EMPRESA cede el uso del vehículo cuyas características se detallan a continuación al EMPLEADO, quien lo acepta en las condiciones aquí expuestas.
FIRST. Purpose. The COMPANY assigns the use of the vehicle detailed below to the EMPLOYEE, who accepts it under the conditions set forth herein.

THIRD. Liability and Fines. The EMPLOYEE assumes sole responsibility for any traffic infractions, fines, penalties, or municipal fees arising from the use of the vehicle as of the signing date, committing to pay them promptly and to identify the responsible driver if requested by the DGT or local authorities such as the Town Hall of Esquivias.
