CLÁUSULAS / CLAUSES:

PRIMERA. Objeto de la cesión. La EMPRESA cede el uso exclusivo del vehículo descrito al EMPLEADO. Queda prohibida su cesión a terceros ajenos a la relación laboral sin consentimiento expreso.
FIRST. Purpose of the assignment. The COMPANY assigns the exclusive use of the described vehicle to the EMPLOYEE. Its assignment to third parties outside the employment relationship is strictly prohibited without express consent.

SEGUNDA. Gastos y Mantenimiento. Los gastos de combustible, peajes y lavado correrán a cargo de [la Empresa / el Empleado]. Los gastos de seguro obligatorio, ITV y reparaciones mecánicas derivadas del uso ordinario correrán a cargo de la EMPRESA.
SECOND. Expenses and Maintenance. Fuel, tolls, and car wash expenses shall be borne by [the Company / the Employee]. Mandatory insurance, ITV (technical inspection), and mechanical repairs derived from ordinary use shall be borne by the COMPANY.

TERCERA. Infracciones de tráfico. El EMPLEADO será el único responsable del pago de cuantas multas, sanciones y tasas de tráfico le sean impuestas con motivo de la conducción del vehículo, comprometiéndose a comunicarlo a la empresa de inmediato.
THIRD. Traffic violations. The EMPLOYEE shall be solely responsible for paying any fines, sanctions, and traffic fees imposed while driving the vehicle, and agrees to notify the company immediately.

CUARTA. Devolución del vehículo. El EMPLEADO se compromete a devolver el vehículo a la finalización de la relación laboral, o cuando así sea requerido por la EMPRESA, en las mismas condiciones en las que lo recibe, salvo el desgaste natural por su uso correcto.
FOURTH. Return of the vehicle. The EMPLOYEE undertakes to return the vehicle upon termination of the employment relationship, or when requested by the COMPANY, in the same conditions as received, except for normal wear and tear from proper use.
