CLÁUSULAS / CLAUSES

Segunda. Gastos y Mantenimiento. Los gastos de carburante, peajes y multas derivadas de infracciones de tráfico cometidas por el EMPLEADO correrán exclusivamente a cargo de este último. Los gastos de seguro obligatorio, ITV y revisiones periódicas correrán a cargo de la EMPRESA.
Second. Expenses and Maintenance. Fuel, tolls, and fines derived from traffic infractions committed by the EMPLOYEE shall be borne exclusively by the latter. Mandatory insurance, ITV (technical vehicle inspection), and periodic revisions shall be paid by the COMPANY.

Tercera. Vigencia. El presente documento entra en vigor en el día de la fecha y mantendrá su vigencia hasta la finalización de la relación laboral entre ambas partes o hasta que la EMPRESA lo requiera expresamente.
Third. Validity. This document enters into force on the date hereof and shall remain in effect until the termination of the employment relationship between both parties or until expressly requested by the COMPANY.
