CLÁUSULAS / CLAUSES

Primera. Objeto de la cesión. La EMPRESA cede el uso del vehículo descrito al EMPLEADO exclusivamente para el desarrollo de sus funciones laborales y, en su caso, para uso particular, según la política de la empresa.
First. Purpose of the assignment. The COMPANY assigns the use of the described vehicle to the EMPLOYEE exclusively for the performance of their work duties and, where applicable, for personal use, according to company policy.

Segunda. Duración. Esta cesión tendrá vigencia desde el [Fecha de Inicio] hasta la finalización de la relación laboral entre ambas partes o hasta que la EMPRESA lo revoque expresamente por escrito.
Second. Duration. This assignment shall be valid from [Start Date] until the termination of the employment relationship between both parties or until the COMPANY expressly revokes it in writing.

Tercera. Gastos y Mantenimiento. Corresponderán a la EMPRESA los gastos de seguro obligatorio, impuestos municipales de Arbo, ITV y reparaciones mecánicas extraordinarias. [Indicar quién paga el combustible y peajes: El EMPLEADO / La EMPRESA].

Fourth. Liability. The EMPLOYEE is responsible for the custody of the vehicle, as well as for the payment of any fines, sanctions, or traffic fees imposed for infractions committed during the use of the vehicle.
