To ensure your appeal is processed correctly, you must attach the following documents to the template:
- A copy of the "Informe de Inspección Técnica" issued by the ITV station showing the "Desfavorable" or "Rechazada" status.
- A copy of the appointment confirmation (cita previa) for the second inspection, proving you are actively trying to fix the vehicle.
