SEGUNDO. TRAMITACIÓN DE BAJA: EL CEDENTE autoriza expresamente a LA ENTIDAD ASEGURADORA para que realice, en su nombre y representación, cuantas gestiones y trámites sean necesarios ante la Dirección General de Tráfico (DGT) para la baja definitiva del vehículo, eximiendo a EL CEDENTE de cualquier responsabilidad futura derivada del estado o depósito del vehículo a partir de la firma de este documento.
TERCERO. RECIBO DE INDEMNIZACIÓN: La efectividad de esta renuncia queda condicionada a la recepción efectiva por parte de EL CEDENTE de la cantidad acordada en concepto de indemnización por valor de siniestro total, ascendiendo esta a la cantidad de [Cantidad en euros] euros.
