SEGUNDO.- Derecho a la prueba y obligación de la Administración de aportar los elementos probatorios necesarios que acrediten la infracción, concretamente el certificado de última revisión periódica del cinemómetro y las fotografías íntegras (panorámica y de primer plano) exigidas por la normativa vigente (ITC/3122/2011).

Por lo expuesto,
