TERCERA.- Vulneración de la presunción de inocencia. Al no quedar fehacientemente demostrada la total fiabilidad del aparato de medición ni descartarse posibles errores de homologación, decae la presunción de inocencia consagrada en el artículo 24 de la Constitución Española.
