Se solicita expresamente la aportación del boletín de verificación periódica en vigor del cinemómetro, así como el certificado de homologación del aparato.

TERCERA.- Que existe la obligación legal de aplicar el margen de error máximo permitido (MEMP) legalmente establecido para los cinemómetros (fijos o móviles), debiendo descontarse dicho margen de la velocidad registrada antes de tipificar la sanción y determinar la pérdida de puntos asociada, extremo que no consta debidamente acreditado en la notificación recibida.
