La dilación en la obtención de cita es imputable exclusivamente al colapso del servicio de inspección de la provincia, resultando imposible para el interesado cumplir con los plazos previstos por causas ajenas a su voluntad.

TERCERA.- Que se solicita expresamente que por parte de esa Jefatura se aporte al expediente el informe fotográfico o de captación de imagen en el que conste de manera fehaciente que el vehículo se encontraba circulando en el momento de la supuesta comisión de la infracción, así como el certificado de homologación y calibración del dispositivo técnico utilizado para la detección automatizada del vehículo.

Por lo expuesto,
