Asimismo, se observa que el boletín carece de la descripción detallada de los síntomas inequívocos que motivaron la realización de la prueba de alcoholemia, limitándose a fórmulas genéricas. Del mismo modo, no consta en el expediente que se informara debidamente al expedientado de su derecho a someterse a una prueba de contraste (análisis de sangre u otros análogos) conforme al procedimiento legalmente establecido en el Reglamento General de Circulación.
