Instructions on how and where to submit it in Orbita

- A copy of the "Permiso de Circulación" showing the new owner's details, or the official "Informe de Antecedentes" issued by the DGT confirming the change of ownership.
- A copy of your DNI or NIE.
- If you are acting through a representative, a signed authorization document and a copy of the representative's ID.
Expert Tip: Never rely on a verbal agreement with the buyer to handle the paperwork. Always keep the "sello de entrada" (the stamped copy) provided by the Orbita Town Hall. This is your only legal safeguard if the Town Hall mistakenly sends you a tax bill for the vehicle in the future.
