How to Notify the Elda City Council of a Vehicle Sale: Downloadable Template

To ensure your request is processed without delays, you must attach the following documents to your submission:
- A copy of your DNI, NIE, or Passport.
- The Permiso de Circulación (Vehicle Registration Document) showing the transfer of ownership, or the "Informe de Vehículo" obtained from the DGT showing the new owner.
- A copy of the signed Sales Contract (Contrato de Compraventa).
