CLÁUSULAS / CLAUSES

PRIMERA.- OBJETO. El COMODANTE cede en préstamo gratuito (comodato) el vehículo descrito al COMODATARIO, quien lo recibe en perfecto estado de funcionamiento y con la documentación en regla.
FIRST.- OBJECT. The LENDER grants a free loan (comodato) of the described vehicle to the BORROWER, who receives it in perfect working order and with all regulatory documentation.

SEGUNDA.- DURACIÓN. El presente contrato tendrá una duración de [Indicar duración, ej: 1 año / indefinida], comenzando el día [Fecha de inicio] y finalizando el día [Fecha de fin].
SECOND.- DURATION. This contract shall have a duration of [Indicate duration, e.g., 1 year / indefinite], starting on [Start Date] and ending on [End Date].

TERCERA.- USO DEL VEHÍCULO. El COMODATARIO se compromete a utilizar el vehículo exclusivamente para fines particulares/laborales, respetando en todo momento las normas de tráfico y seguridad vial. Queda prohibido subrogar, alquilar o ceder el vehículo a terceras personas.
THIRD.- USE OF THE VEHICLE. The BORROWER undertakes to use the vehicle exclusively for private/professional purposes, complying at all times with traffic and road safety regulations. It is strictly forbidden to sublease, rent, or transfer the vehicle to third parties.

CUARTA.- GASTOS Y MANTENIMIENTO. Serán de cuenta del COMODATARIO los gastos de combustible, multas de tráfico cometidas durante el periodo de préstamo, así como el mantenimiento ordinario. El seguro obligatorio y el Impuesto de Vehículos de Tracción Mecánica (IVTM) de Vacarisses correrán a cargo del COMODANTE (o especificar lo contrario).
FOURTH.- EXPENSES AND MAINTENANCE. The BORROWER shall be responsible for fuel costs, traffic fines incurred during the loan period, and routine maintenance. Mandatory insurance and the Vacarisses Municipal Vehicle Tax (IVTM) shall be paid by the LENDER (or specify otherwise).
