SEGUNDO.- Que el COMODANTE cede de forma gratuita el uso del citado vehículo al COMODATARIO, quien lo acepta en las condiciones establecidas en este contrato.

SECOND.- That the LENDER gratuitously assigns the use of said vehicle to the BORROWER, who accepts it under the conditions established in this contract.

CLÁUSULAS / CLAUSES

PRIMERA. Carácter gratuito: El presente contrato es de carácter estrictamente gratuito. El COMODATARIO no está obligado a realizar contraprestación económica alguna por el uso del vehículo.

FIRST. Gratuitous nature: This contract is strictly gratuitous. The BORROWER is not obliged to make any financial payment for the use of the vehicle.

SEGUNDA. Duración: El préstamo del vehículo tendrá una duración desde el [Fecha de inicio] hasta el [Fecha de finalización], o hasta que el COMODANTE lo reclame.

SECOND. Duration: The loan of the vehicle will run from [Start Date] to [End Date], or until the LENDER reclaims it.

TERCERA. Uso del vehículo y multas: El COMODATARIO se compromete a utilizar el vehículo con la máxima diligencia y exclusivamente para fines particulares/laborales lícitos. Serán de cuenta exclusiva del COMODATARIO el pago de multas, sanciones, peajes e infracciones de tráfico cometidas durante el periodo de vigencia de este préstamo.

THIRD. Use of the vehicle and fines: The BORROWER undertakes to use the vehicle with utmost diligence and exclusively for lawful private/professional purposes. The BORROWER shall be solely responsible for paying any fines, penalties, tolls, and traffic infractions committed during the term of this loan.

CUARTA. Gastos de mantenimiento y combustible: Corresponderán al COMODATARIO los gastos de combustible, lavado, así como las reparaciones derivadas de un mal uso. Los gastos de seguro obligatorio y impuesto de circulación (IVTM) seguirán a cargo del COMODANTE.

FOURTH. Maintenance and fuel expenses: Fuel, washing, and repairs resulting from misuse shall be borne by the BORROWER. Mandatory insurance and road tax (IVTM) expenses shall remain the responsibility of the LENDER.
