CLÁUSULAS / CLAUSES

PRIMERA (Carácter gratuito / Gratuitous nature): El presente contrato es de carácter estrictamente gratuito. El COMODATARIO no está obligado a pagar ninguna contraprestación económica por el uso del vehículo.
FIRST: This contract is strictly gratuitous. The BORROWER is not obligated to pay any financial consideration for the use of the vehicle.

SEGUNDA (Duración / Duration): El préstamo del vehículo tendrá una duración desde el [Fecha de inicio] hasta el [Fecha de finalización], o hasta que el COMODANTE lo reclame de vuelta.
SECOND: The loan of the vehicle shall last from [Start Date] to [End Date], or until the LENDER claims it back.

TERCERA (Uso del vehículo / Use of the vehicle): El COMODATARIO se compromete a utilizar el vehículo con la máxima diligencia, respetando las normas de circulación vigentes en España, y destinándolo exclusivamente a un uso particular/laboral. Queda prohibida su cesión a terceros.
THIRD: The BORROWER undertakes to use the vehicle with the utmost diligence, respecting current traffic regulations in Spain, and dedicating it exclusively to private/work use. Transferring it to third parties is prohibited.

CUARTA (Gastos y Multas / Expenses and Fines): Serán de cuenta exclusiva del COMODATARIO los gastos de combustible, peajes, estacionamiento y cualquier multa o sanción de tráfico derivada del uso del vehículo durante la vigencia de este contrato. El mantenimiento mecánico ordinario y el seguro obligatorio correrán a cargo del COMODANTE (salvo pacto en contrario).
FOURTH: Fuel, tolls, parking, and any traffic fines or penalties arising from the use of the vehicle during this contract shall be borne exclusively by the BORROWER. Ordinary mechanical maintenance and mandatory insurance shall be borne by the LENDER (unless otherwise agreed).
