EXPONEN / DECLARE
PRIMERO. Que el COMODANTE es el actual propietario del vehículo cuyas características son las siguientes:

CLÁUSULAS / CLAUSES
PRIMERA. Gratuidad / Gratuitousness: El presente contrato es de carácter estrictamente gratuito (comodato), por lo que el COMODATARIO no está obligado a abonar cantidad alguna en concepto de contraprestación por el uso del vehículo.
SEGUNDA. Duración / Duration: El plazo de duración de este préstamo de uso se fija desde el [Fecha de inicio] hasta el [Fecha de fin] (o bien: "por tiempo indefinido hasta que cualquiera de las partes lo revoque con un preaviso de X días").
TERCERA. Uso del vehículo / Use of the vehicle: El COMODATARIO se compromete a utilizar el vehículo exclusivamente para fines particulares, quedando expresamente prohibido su uso para actividades comerciales de transporte remunerado, alquiler a terceros o cualquier práctica ilegal.
CUARTA. Gastos y Sanciones / Expenses and Penalties: Serán de cuenta exclusiva del COMODATARIO todos los gastos derivados del uso del vehículo durante la vigencia de este contrato, tales como combustible, peajes, lavado y mantenimiento ordinario. Asimismo, el COMODATARIO asume la total responsabilidad por cuantas infracciones de tráfico, multas o sanciones administrativas sean impuestas como consecuencia del uso del vehículo, comprometiéndose a abonarlas puntualmente y a eximir de toda culpa al COMODANTE.
QUINTA. Seguro / Insurance: El vehículo cuenta con el seguro obligatorio de automóviles contratado por el COMODANTE. El COMODATARIO declara conocer las condiciones de la póliza y estar autorizado expresamente para conducir el vehículo bajo la misma.
Y en prueba de conformidad, firman las partes el presente documento por duplicado y a un solo efecto en Puente Viesgo, en el lugar y fecha al principio indicados.
