CLÁUSULAS / CLAUSES

PRIMERA. Carácter gratuito: El presente contrato es de carácter estrictamente gratuito (comodato). El COMODATARIO no está obligado a abonar ninguna cantidad económica en concepto de alquiler o renta por el uso del vehículo.
FIRST. Free of charge: This contract is strictly gratuitous. The BORROWER is not obliged to pay any financial amount as rent or lease for the use of the vehicle.

SEGUNDA. Duración: El préstamo del vehículo tendrá una duración desde el [Fecha de inicio] hasta el [Fecha de finalización], o hasta que el COMODANTE le exija la devolución del mismo de forma fehaciente.
SECOND. Duration: The loan of the vehicle shall last from [Start Date] to [End Date], or until the LENDER demands its return in a reliable manner.

TERCERA. Gastos de mantenimiento y uso: Serán de cuenta exclusiva del COMODATARIO todos los gastos derivados del uso del vehículo durante la vigencia de este contrato, tales como combustible, peajes, multas o sanciones de tráfico, así como el mantenimiento ordinario y la limpieza.
THIRD. Maintenance and usage expenses: All expenses derived from the use of the vehicle during the term of this contract, such as fuel, tolls, traffic fines, as well as ordinary maintenance and cleaning, shall be exclusively borne by the BORROWER.

CUARTA. Seguros y Responsabilidad: El vehículo cuenta con póliza de seguro obligatoria en vigor contratada por el COMODANTE. El COMODATARIO declara conocer los términos de dicha póliza y se compromete a cumplir estrictamente con los requisitos de la misma. El COMODATARIO será el único responsable civil y penal de cuantas infracciones o daños cause a terceros a partir de la entrega del vehículo.
FOURTH. Insurance and Liability: The vehicle has a mandatory insurance policy in force contracted by the LENDER. The BORROWER declares to know the terms of said policy and undertakes to strictly comply with its requirements. The BORROWER shall be solely civilly and criminally liable for any infractions or damages caused to third parties from the delivery of the vehicle.
