CLÁUSULAS / CLAUSES

FIRST. Gratuitousness: This contract is strictly free of charge. The BORROWER is not obliged to pay any amount as rent or lease for the use of the vehicle.

TERCERA. Gastos de Mantenimiento y Uso: Serán de cuenta exclusiva del COMODATARIO todos los gastos derivados del uso del vehículo, tales como combustible, lavado, reparaciones por averías derivadas de su uso, sustitución de neumáticos, así como el pago del Impuesto sobre Vehículos de Trámites de Mantenimiento (si procediera) y las multas o sanciones de tráfico que se impongan durante la vigencia de este contrato.
THIRD. Maintenance and Use Expenses: All expenses derived from the use of the vehicle, such as fuel, washing, repairs for breakdowns derived from its use, tire replacement, as well as the payment of the vehicle tax (if applicable) and traffic fines imposed during the term of this contract, shall be exclusively borne by the BORROWER.
