EXPONEN / DECLARE:

CLÁUSULAS / CLAUSES:

1. Objeto y Gratuidad / Purpose and Gratuitousness: El presente contrato tiene por objeto la cesión temporal y totalmente gratuita del uso del vehículo descrito. El COMODATARIO no está obligado a pagar cantidad alguna en concepto de contraprestación por el uso del mismo.

4. Responsabilidad Civil y Multas / Liability and Fines: El COMODATARIO será el único responsable civil y penalmente de cuantas infracciones de tráfico, sanciones, multas o daños a terceros se produzcan como consecuencia de la conducción y posesión del vehículo desde el momento de la entrega. En caso de recibir multas, el COMODANTE facilitará los datos del COMODATARIO a las autoridades competentes.

5. Prohibiciones / Prohibitions: Queda expresamente prohibido al COMODATARIO ceder el vehículo a terceros, alquilarlo, subprestarlo o utilizarlo para actividades comerciales o ilegales sin la autorización expresa y por escrito del COMODANTE.
