CLÁUSULAS / CLAUSES

FIRST. Gratuitousness: This contract is strictly gratuitous. The BORROWER is not obliged to pay any financial consideration for the use of the vehicle.

SEGUNDA. Duración: El préstamo del vehículo tendrá una duración desde el día [Fecha de inicio] hasta el día [Fecha de fin], o en su defecto, hasta que el COMODANTE reclame su devolución de forma fehaciente.
SECOND. Duration: The vehicle loan will run from [Start Date] until [End Date], or failing that, until the LENDER reliably requests its return.

TERCERA. Gastos y Mantenimiento: Serán de cuenta exclusiva del COMODATARIO los gastos de combustible, multas, peajes y el mantenimiento ordinario derivado del uso del vehículo durante la vigencia de este contrato. El seguro obligatorio seguirá siendo abonado por el COMODANTE (o según acuerdo específico).
THIRD. Expenses and Maintenance: Fuel costs, fines, tolls, and ordinary maintenance derived from the use of the vehicle during the term of this contract shall be exclusively borne by the BORROWER. Mandatory insurance shall continue to be paid by the LENDER.

CUARTA. Responsabilidad: El COMODATARIO será el único responsable civil y penalmente de cuantas infracciones o daños cause a terceras personas o bienes con motivo de la utilización del vehículo a partir de la firma de este documento.
FOURTH. Liability: The BORROWER shall be solely responsible, civilly and criminally, for any infractions or damages caused to third parties or property through the use of the vehicle from the signing of this document.
