CLÁUSULAS / CLAUSES

PRIMERA. Objeto del contrato. El COMODANTE cede de forma gratuita y temporal al COMODATARIO, que acepta, el uso del vehículo cuyas características son: Marca [Marca], Modelo [Modelo], Matrícula [Matrícula], y Número de Bastidor [VIN].
FIRST. Object of the contract. The LENDER gratuitously and temporarily transfers to the BORROWER, who accepts it, the use of the vehicle with the following characteristics: Brand [Brand], Model [Model], License Plate [Plate Number], and VIN [VIN].

SEGUNDA. Carácter gratuito. El presente contrato es de carácter estrictamente gratuito (comodato), por lo que no se devenga renta, precio o contraprestación económica alguna por el uso del vehículo.
SECOND. Gratuitous nature. This contract is strictly gratuitous, therefore no rent, price, or economic consideration is accrued for the use of the vehicle.

TERCERA. Duración. El préstamo del vehículo tendrá una duración de [Indicar duración, ej: 1 año / indefinida], comenzando el día [Fecha de inicio] y finalizando el día [Fecha de fin]. El COMODANTE podrá reclamar la devolución del vehículo antes de dicho plazo en caso de urgente necesidad.
THIRD. Duration. The loan of the vehicle will have a duration of [Indicate duration], starting on [Start Date] and ending on [End Date]. The LENDER may demand the return of the vehicle before said term in case of urgent need.

CUARTA. Gastos y obligaciones. Serán de cuenta exclusiva del COMODATARIO todos los gastos derivados del uso del vehículo durante la vigencia del contrato, tales como combustible, consumo de energía, mantenimiento ordinario, reparaciones por desgaste, así como el pago de las sanciones de tráfico que se pudieran imponer por infracciones cometidas por el conductor.
FOURTH. Expenses and obligations. All expenses derived from the use of the vehicle during the term of the contract shall be borne exclusively by the BORROWER, such as fuel, ordinary maintenance, wear-and-tear repairs, as well as the payment of traffic fines that may be imposed for infractions committed by the driver.

QUINTA. Seguro del vehículo. El vehículo cuenta con póliza de seguro obligatoria contratada por el COMODANTE en la compañía [Nombre Aseguradora], con número de póliza [Número de Póliza]. El COMODATARIO declara conocer los términos de dicha póliza y se compromete a cumplir con sus condiciones.
FIFTH. Vehicle insurance. The vehicle has a mandatory insurance policy contracted by the LENDER with [Insurance Company], policy number [Policy Number]. The BORROWER declares to know the terms of said policy and undertakes to comply with its conditions.

Additional documentation required
