EXPONEN / DECLARE

CLÁUSULAS / CLAUSES

FIRST (Object).- El ARRENDADOR alquila al ARRENDATARIO la plaza de garaje descrita, exclusivamente para el estacionamiento de un vehículo turismo o motocicleta, prohibiéndose su uso para almacenamiento u otros fines.
The LANDLORD rents to the TENANT the described parking space, exclusively for the parking of a passenger vehicle or motorcycle, prohibiting its use for storage or other purposes.

SECOND (Duration).- El plazo de duración de este contrato es de [Número] meses/años, comenzando el día [Fecha de inicio] y finalizando el [Fecha de fin]. Llegado su vencimiento, podrá prorrogarse según acuerdo mutuo.
