CLÁUSULAS / CLAUSES
PRIMERA.- OBJETO. El ARRENDADOR cede en alquiler al ARRENDATARIO la plaza de garaje descrita, exclusivamente para el estacionamiento de un vehículo turismo o motocicleta, prohibiéndose expresamente su uso para trastero u otros fines.
FIRST.- OBJECT. The LANDLORD leases to the TENANT the described parking space, exclusively for the parking of a passenger vehicle or motorcycle, expressly prohibiting its use as a storage room or for other purposes.
SEGUNDA.- DURACIÓN. El plazo de duración de este contrato será de [Número] meses/años, a contar desde el día [Fecha de inicio]. Llegado el vencimiento, el contrato podrá prorrogarse tácitamente conforme a la ley aplicable.
