CLÁUSULAS / CLAUSES

PRIMERA. Objeto. El ARRENDADOR cede en alquiler al ARRENDATARIO, que acepta, el uso exclusivo de la plaza de garaje descrita en el expositivo primero, única y exclusivamente para el estacionamiento de un vehículo turismo o motocicleta, quedando prohibido su uso como trastero o para guardar materiales peligrosos.
FIRST. Object. The LANDLORD leases to the TENANT, who accepts, the exclusive use of the parking space described in the first recital, solely and exclusively for parking a passenger vehicle or motorcycle, and its use as a storage room or for storing hazardous materials is prohibited.

SEGUNDA. Duración. El presente contrato tendrá una duración de [Número] [meses/años], a contar desde el día [Fecha de inicio]. Llegado el vencimiento, el contrato podrá prorrogarse tácitamente por periodos anuales salvo que alguna de las partes notifique a la otra su voluntad de no renovarlo con al menos 30 días de antelación.
