CLÁUSULAS / CLAUSES

PRIMERA (Objeto y Destino): El ARRENDADOR cede en alquiler la plaza de garaje descrita exclusivamente para el estacionamiento de un vehículo turismo o motocicleta, quedando prohibido su uso para otros fines (como trastero).
FIRST (Object and Purpose): The LANDLORD leases the described parking space exclusively for parking a passenger car or motorcycle, prohibiting its use for other storage purposes.

SEGUNDA (Duración): El plazo de duración de este contrato será de [Número] meses, comenzando el día [Fecha de inicio] y finalizando el [Fecha de fin]. Llegado su vencimiento, podrá prorrogarse por periodos acordados entre ambas partes.
