CLÁUSULAS / CLAUSES

PRIMERA. Objeto. El ARRENDADOR cede en alquiler al ARRENDATARIO, que acepta, el uso exclusivo de la plaza de garaje descrita, exclusivamente para el estacionamiento de un turismo o vehículo asimilable, prohibiéndose su uso para almacenamiento de enseres u otros fines.
FIRST. Object. The LANDLORD leases to the TENANT, who accepts, the exclusive use of the described parking space, exclusively for parking a passenger car or similar vehicle, prohibiting its use for storing belongings or other purposes.

SEGUNDA. Duración. El plazo de duración de este contrato es de [Número] meses/años, comenzando el día [Fecha de inicio] y finalizando el [Fecha de fin]. Llegado el término, podrá prorrogarse según acuerdo entre las partes.
