II. Que el ARRENDATARIO está interesado en el alquiler de dicha plaza de garaje para el estacionamiento exclusivo de un vehículo turismo/moto de su propiedad.

CLÁUSULAS / CLAUSES
PRIMERA. - OBJETO Y DESTINO / OBJECT AND PURPOSE. El ARRENDADOR cede en alquiler al ARRENDATARIO la plaza de garaje descrita, la cual se destinará única y exclusivamente para el estacionamiento de vehículos, quedando prohibido su uso como trastero o para almacenar materiales peligrosos.
