SEGUNDO: Que estando interesando el ARRENDATARIO en el alquiler de dicha plaza de garaje, acuerdan celebrarlo conforme a las siguientes:
SECOND: That the TENANT being interested in renting said parking space, they agree to execute it in accordance with the following:

CLÁUSULAS / CLAUSES

PRIMERA. - OBJETO. El ARRENDADOR cede en alquiler al ARRENDATARIO, que acepta, la plaza de garaje descrita en el expositivo primero, única y exclusivamente para el estacionamiento de un turismo o vehículo autorizado. Queda prohibido destinar la plaza a otros usos (trastero, almacenamiento, etc.).
FIRST. - OBJECT. The LANDLORD leases to the TENANT, who accepts, the parking space described in the first recital, solely and exclusively for parking a passenger car or authorized vehicle. Using the space for other purposes (storage room, etc.) is prohibited.

SEGUNDA. - DURACIÓN. El presente contrato tendrá una duración de [Número] [meses/años], comenzando el día [Fecha de inicio] y finalizando el día [Fecha de fin]. Llegado el vencimiento, el contrato podrá prorrogarse por acuerdo mutuo de ambas partes.
SECOND. - DURATION. This contract shall have a duration of [Number] [months/years], starting on [Start Date] and ending on [End Date]. Upon maturity, the contract may be extended by mutual agreement of both parties.

TERCERA. - RENTA Y FORMA DE PAGO. La renta mensual se fija en la cantidad de [Importe en euros] euros ([Cantidad en letra] €), más los impuestos correspondientes que legalmente procedan. El pago se efectuará por adelantado dentro de los primeros siete (7) días de cada mes mediante transferencia bancaria a la cuenta titularidad del ARRENDADOR: [Número de Cuenta IBAN].
THIRD. - RENT AND PAYMENT METHOD. The monthly rent is set at the amount of [Amount in euros] euros ([Amount in letters] €), plus any legally applicable taxes. Payment shall be made in advance within the first seven (7) days of each month by bank transfer to the account owned by the LANDLORD: [IBAN Account Number].

CUARTA. - FIANZA. En este acto, el ARRENDATARIO entrega al ARRENDADOR la cantidad de [Importe de fianza] euros en concepto de fianza legal, equivalente a [Número] meses de renta, que servirá para responder de los posibles desperfectos o incumplimientos contractuales.
