CLÁUSULAS / CLAUSES

PRIMERA. Objeto. El ARRENDADOR cede en alquiler al ARRENDATARIO la plaza de garaje descrita, exclusivamente para el estacionamiento de un vehículo turismo o motocicleta, quedando prohibido su uso para otros fines (como trastero o almacenamiento de mercancías inflamables).
