CLÁUSULAS / CLAUSES

PRIMERA. OBJETO. El ARRENDADOR cede en alquiler la plaza de garaje descrita exclusivamente para el estacionamiento de un turismo o motocicleta, quedando prohibido su uso para otros fines (trastero, almacenamiento de mercancías, etc.).
FIRST. OBJECT. The LANDLORD leases the described parking space exclusively for parking a passenger car or motorcycle, and its use for other purposes (storage room, storage of goods, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
