SEGUNDO.- Que estando interesado el ARRENDATARIO en el alquiler de dicha plaza de garaje, llevan a cabo el presente CONTRATO DE ARRENDAMIENTO, que se regirá por las siguientes:

CLÁUSULAS / CLAUSES

PRIMERA. Objeto. El ARRENDADOR cede en alquiler al ARRENDATARIO, que acepta, el uso exclusivo de la plaza de garaje antes descrita, destinada única y exclusivamente para el estacionamiento de un turismo o vehículo de tamaño compatible.
FIRST. Object. The LANDLORD leases to the TENANT, who accepts, the exclusive use of the parking space described above, intended solely and exclusively for parking a passenger car or vehicle of compatible size.

SEGUNDA. Duración. El presente contrato tendrá una duración de [Número] [meses/años], a contar desde el día [Fecha de inicio]. Llegado el vencimiento, el contrato podrá prorrogarse por acuerdo de ambas partes.
