CLÁUSULAS / CLAUSES

SEGUNDA: El Vendedor declara que el vehículo no está sujeto a cargas, gravámenes ni impuestos pendientes de pago (tales como el IVTM del Ayuntamiento), y que está al corriente de la Inspección Técnica de Vehículos (ITV).
SECOND: The Seller declares that the vehicle is free of charges, liens, or pending taxes (such as the local road tax IVTM), and is up to date with the mandatory technical vehicle inspection (ITV).

TERCERA: Para la realización del cambio de titularidad en la DGT, ambas partes se comprometen a firmar cuantos documentos sean necesarios y a aportar la documentación requerida por la normativa vigente en un plazo máximo de 30 días naturales desde la fecha de este contrato.
