CUARTO: El Vendedor declara que el vehículo se encuentra al corriente en el pago de impuestos municipales (IVTM), libre de cargas, gravámenes y sanciones pendientes de pago a la fecha de firma de este contrato.
FOURTH: The Seller declares that the vehicle is up to date with municipal tax payments (IVTM), free of charges, liens, and pending fines as of the date of signing this contract.

QUINTO: El Comprador se compromete a realizar el cambio de titularidad del vehículo en la Dirección General de Tráfico (DGT) en un plazo máximo de 30 días naturales desde la fecha de firma, siendo todos los gastos derivados de dicha transferencia (Tasas de Tráfico e Impuesto de Transmisiones Patrimoniales) a cargo del Comprador.
FIFTH: The Buyer undertakes to carry out the change of ownership of the vehicle at the DGT within a maximum period of 30 natural days from the signing date, with all expenses derived from said transfer (Traffic fees and Property Transfer Tax) being borne by the Buyer.
